4 weeks. Weekly Zoom Calls. Confidential, Thought Partnership and Planning. Being asked to build a strategy for diversity, equity and inclusion at your organization can be daunting. Bridging Belonging offers connection, community and support with other corporate individuals doing this work. As your Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coach & Thought Partner, we will work with to: Understand where you are with diversity, equity and inclusion so we can help your organization get there too. Realize what your organization is doing right..and wrong and develop a strategy to fix it! Establish a plan, take action and be accountable. Gain support in bi-weekly group coaching calls and build community with others in the same situation. Whether you're just getting started building a strategy, or don't even know where to start, this will be a place to build connection, offer support and lean on community.
