​I’ve been described as an idea-generating, project-tackling, culture-changing force and I'm ready to bring that passion and energy to your organization!
My career has been built on genuine leadership and authentic relationships that help companies focus more on diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. I am a self-proclaimed “research nut”, dedicated to bringing energy and fostering connections among staff that empower them to build welcoming and inclusive policies and practices that further their own development and sense of belonging for all.

I truly believe that we should all be able bring our best and authentic selves to a workplace that champions safe spaces for all identities.

In 2019, I received the Advocate of the Year Award by the WI LGBT Chamber and was one of Brava Magazine's 2020 Women to Watch.
